The customer shall be responsible for the conduct and good behaviour of their guests, during such times that they are on or in the vicinity of the premises. The customer shall ensure that any guests brought by them to the premises are not subject to a barring order and have not been excluded from the premises by management.
The customer assumes the responsibility for damage caused by them or any guests or other persons attending the function, whether in the room reserved or in any part of the premises and undertake to make good, or pay full restitution for the making of any material damage to furniture, fixtures or equipment.
No advertisement or notice, decoration, flag or emblem referring to the function may be attached to or displayed in or about the interior/exterior of building unless by prior agreement with the management. The customer undertakes to conduct his function in an orderly manner and to provide supervision of all persons attending the function (such supervision to be in full compliance with the rules and directions of the management whose decision shall be final).
A provisional booking for your Wedding or function reception will be held up to 14 days after which unconfirmed bookings will be automatically released. A non-refundable deposit of £100.00 will be required in order to confirm your reservation.
An approximate number of guests are required when the initial booking is made. Final numbers should be advised 48 hours prior to the function and there will be the minimum number charged for on the day.
Children must be controlled by parent or guardians at all times.
Management reserves the right to impose additional charges and overheads from time to time. Whilst every effort is made to provide you with a firm price at the time of booking, we reserve the right to charge this price subject to change in market conditions.
All accounts must be settled either on the same day or evening of your function by cash, credit card or guaranteed bankers draft.
